Week33, Letter to Baby PLR
Dear baby PLR, I am taking some time to write to you and let you know how much we love you. We have about 6.5 more weeks until you arrive. You have a friend who arrived today! You guys will be close in age--how fun is that? You are doing really good with lots of movement and you are getting ready for the world. I hope you are comfy and enjoy all the comforts. We are going to go play a lot when you get here. You have a fun big sister; her name is Adelle. She loves Angelina Ballerina, Curious George, and Mickey Mouse Club House. We are going to take a family trip to Disneyland in October. You are going to be such an adventure baby. We try to be an adventure family. Anyway, we love you and pray for good labor and delivery. You are precious. I am so happy I get to be your mom and your dad is so happy to be your dad. Lastly, your sister, loves you so much already. She kisses you everyday and says "sister." You are fearfully and wonderfully made--you are our gift. Love, Mommy, Daddy, and Adelle.

Dear PLR, My Sweet Baby #2
Dear Baby PLR, I am sitting here thinking of my blessings in life and how you are one of them. I can't believe it-I don't think I can fully understand it or else I would implode. Okay, Mommy is going off and you as a baby would not really understand this, but I guess this would be a great reminder of my love for you when you are older. A reminder for when you are off in your teens, or off to college--you will not be away from my love. You should know that your dad and I are so in love. We are grateful that God would enrich our lives, our marriage, to have you and Adelle. You will be here in about 8 weeks. You are such a treasure and we look forward to taking you out and about with your big sister.
You might like to know that Mommy has gained a little bit too much weight in two weeks, so we're trying to be a little healthier. Your Cambodian Grandma, yey, is really big on eating healthy and gaining healthy too. You got to eat lots of fast food, because Mommy craved McDonald or burgers. You seem to really like beef and pork--I hope you are chicken fan. You like to move a lot, just like your big sister; you move around near my ribs when I lay down at night but you are nice about getting comfortable.
I felt your foot or hand one day-it was crazy, I pressed on the little bulge on my belly and you pressed back! Sweet girl, you like all of God's creations, are fearfully and wonderfully made. Already I pray for you. Already I dream and think of you and love you so dearly. I get to meet you soon. I will write again and share of your time in the womb before you are Daddy's and Mommy's arms.
To Love Two
I should title this blog to love three: first I have learned to love my husband and fall in love over and over again and then we received the blessing of a baby girl: Adelle, our first born and now we have the honor of a second baby girl (her name will later be revealed). Honestly, I think "How can I love another one if I love my husband and baby girl so much?" Time and time again I read that "Love multiplies, it never divides." I am thankful for that truth. I wonder if God just loves us over and over again-I know he paid the ultimate price and sent his only son, Jesus, to die on the cross, but I really am amazed at the privilege of loving children. I am amazed at the honor of having children. You know, the Bible says that children are a blessing. Oh, and I am counting my blessings! :)
I logged on to write a letter to baby girl (many, many weeks later than I did with my first). No time for thinking on the negatives or the regrets; I actually received a scripture-I suppose it was a gift/ a reminder from God.

The Second Time Around
The joys of parenthood are far to many to write down and at times words will never accurately capture all the experiences, the feelings, and fullness one can feel when given the opportunity to be "mom" or "dad." I would list parenthood as a mountain-top feeling to share that it's such a great feeling. All the work, the joys, the sadness, the learning, and so on can place you mountain high or valley low. The experiences open a window to the soul of God's love for me. Personally, I have never felt so grateful, joyful, and excited. A friend of mine wrote that she never knew she could love anyone more than her husband, but having her child she fell more in love. I believe it--I have read that love multiplies; love never divides. Love saves. The Bible says that love is patient, love is kind, and love does not envy. Love keeps no record of wrongs. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. I remember that God gave so much; I have life because of Jesus Christ. My life is no accident-all is a gift. Being a parent is a gift and I am so thankful I get to have another child! Feeling baby move is so miraculous. I can't believe that in the womb God knows every single detail of my child all the while knowing all the details about me, my husband, and our first born. I am amazed.

4 Days Until The Expected Due Date
Dear Adelle, you are due in four days. We are so overjoyed! We look forward to the day you will get here. Mommy gets to enjoy your presence in my womb until then. I have loved being pregnant with you. I love caring for you and knowing that God was forming you daily and he knew your inmost being. Your daddy is so excited to love and care for you as well as mommy. You have a good daddy and you will fall in love with him and he with you. We are so thankful for you and so many things in our lives. We will share with you always the things to be thankful for because God is so good. One of the proofs is you. Your aunties and uncles are so excited for you, Adelle. They could explode with the joy they have. :)

Week 38 Letter to our Sweet Adelle
Dear Adelle, You are two weeks away from your due date. Mommy has an appointment with Dr. McCallum today. We are excited to meet you; your dad and I talk about you all the time. We think about you everyday. How exciting that you are so loved and you are peoples' minds, hearts, and in their prayers. We are wondering what size you will be, what length, what color hair you have, and so on. We have been hanging out with family and friends lately. You will get to meet some older kids and you will like them, like Alistar, Phineas, Layla, and Asah. Mommy goes swimming a lot; you will get to do that too. :) So, less than two weeks to the due date (more like 1 week and 5 days) but I acknowledge you may want to hang out in the womb for much longer. You enjoy yourself! We love you!
